Greece

When I was little I despised Greece. I didn't find anything special in that country. It was one like so many others. But then she became one of those I love the most. Greece is a country apart from all other Europeans. The language has a different origin as well as its handwriting. The morphology of this country is unique. It looks like a hand with a lot of fingers and a lot of islands around. Over 6000 pieces of land removed from a continent (or maybe more?). I always have this doubt because Greece is a crossroads of so many stories. It has European roots that, however, also mix with the Eastern ones. Just think about the philosophy, was it born in Greece or in the East?
